Youngsters in Politics

   No. of youngsters entering into politics decreasing now a days.There are lot reasons behind this.

1)                     No. of peoples selecting high level education and seeking jobs in foreign countries are increasing compare to past.

2)                    There are numerous media and ways to express their thoughts now a days.Main aim of politics is to express their feeling and thoughts which are good for the society. Now we have vast no. of media to accept and oppose the bad things happening around us and society.                         Politics is one of the media or way for us to express our feeling.So they can opt any of these media, politics or anything else.............

3)                    Lack of opportunity or back up is one of the other reason.Majority of candidate entering into politics is from high class family.Others are not getting proper opportunity to get into this.And also the sons/daughters of politicians are entering into politics is a common thing.                         Sometimes its good because they are having good base in politics from childhood. But if this scenario continues it will lead to the lack of opportunity for others as well.

                               These are my opinion .Please give your suggestions.....

Is English necessary to succeed in life?

                               As per my opinion it is not absolutely necessary to succeed in life, but it is an advantage to speak proper English in excel in academic, Interview and getting jobs in multinational companies.Because English is a globally accepted language. English is the secondary language for most of the countries.                                              I found a problem like so many peoples are getting jobs even if they are not well talented but they are well in good English (communication), especially in BPO's. We should not forget there are lot of much  talented peoples but not placing in a proper position lack of English speaking skill.                                                In India we are ignoring peoples who is not able to speak English. All the software applications and all the top websites are all written in English.We should learn English if we are looking for jobs in foreign country because there is no other language globally accepted.

Ethics in every business needs to be emphasize customers, employees, society etc.to survive in a long run in ever changing business.

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)

                       Is foreign Direct Investment in retail sector is good for India?

                   We should not accept FDI in India because India is not a developed country instead India is developing nation. Major number of people are belongs to middle class family and engaged with small scale business. So
once the FDI in place only well educated people will get benefit other will loose their jobs.So it will obviously leads to increase unemployment ratio.

                   Farmers are producing some foods and it will comes into market through various cycles.So there are so many peoples working in these cycles. So FDI comes these intermediate cycles collapse and these workers will be in trouble.
